Silence
As expressed on my About page, I am eternally grateful for my meditation history and practice- can't imagine life without it. I love the current surge of interest in mindfulness practice, and welcome all of its manifestations. (We're not in danger of a mindfulness glut any time soon...) Producing my two booklets was a labor of love, done in hopes of encouraging explorers like me who seek the benefits of practice without ideology or ritual trappings. I’m fully convinced that meditation is best learned by internal exploration, rather than executing received instructions, and that every person can learn by practice if the thirst is strong enough. I have “watched” my own experience deepen and flourish over time, and if I can do it, y’know…
As also stated, owing to my journey, I've had a snootful of the spiritual marketplace, and have no desire to be part of it, in terms of my livelihood or any intensive promotional efforts. I love to share my experience and encourage others, but like my practice itself, I prefer that taking place off the map.
Currently, I lead Walking Meditation experiences to benefit non-profit organizations, Parks, and private groups who request it. I'm also active with small meditation and recovery groups where I sometimes lead guided meditations and share insights from my experience in Sitting Meditation. (Always willing to share whatever level of ignorance I've achieved!)
If I can provide individual or group teaching, advice, or commiseration, please email me thru the Contact page on this site. No question or concern is too small or esoteric.
Happy Trails!
